A holistic approach to emotional, mental & physical health & wellness
Kinesiology helps people live the life they want to live. Kinesiology provides a holistic, individual approach to health & wellness.
We are multifaceted beings - Kinesiology is a way to communicate with the nervous system - mind & body; and meridians -the subtle energy systems that relate to the organs & functions of the body
It is a way to identify imbalances, held stress & corrective techniques to restore equilibrium to our body & soul.
Our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, past experiences can & do affect our mental & physical health - it is all interconnected and thus needs to be look at holistically.

Frequently Asked Questions
The first session I get a history and we talk about what you would like to work on.
You then have a choice of lying (fully clothed) on a massage table or we can do the balance either standing or sitting or a combination of these.
The balance involves getting feed- back from the body as to the imbalance or stress is held in the nervous system & meridians and the best corrective technique for you. This is done by muscle- testing (mostly applying gentle pressure to your forearm muscles).
The corrective technique & underlying emotions are identified, awareness discussed & technique/s undertaken.
As Kinesiology is about working with you & empowering you, you are encouraged be involved -to ask questions, provide context. However if you're not comfortable with sharing that's ok- as kinesiology doesn't require verbal interaction to work
Kinesiology sessions usually last 1.5 hours. The first session may be longer
Everyone is different. I would recommend at least 3, however some people notice change after just one, others benefit from more.
Short answer - everyone. I've worked with adults, children, babies & dogs.
When we can restore balance in the body, help release stress and limiting beliefs, re-set the nervous system - it increases the body's innate ability to heal itself.
Absolutely. Kinesiology is a complimentary modality. By balancing the body through kinesiology we are aiding the healing process and potentially increase the effectiveness of other treatments.

About me
I discovered kinesiology in my 40's when I felt "burnt out" in my job. I was also discontented, unhappy and unfulfilled with my life. In the past I had changed jobs, moved interstate, traveled extensively yet I was still unfulfilled. I realised external things weren't making me happy so I needed to change internally.
Kinesiology has helped do this - my anxiety has lessened and my self confidence has increased; I have released stress held in my body, changed limiting beliefs I had about myself. I am happier within myself and love helping others live the life they want to live.
I provide a safe space to change & heal as we work together to discover what your body has been telling you all along. I love working with my clients on this journey, being continually amazed at our capacity heal and change and be the version of ourself we'd like to be
